To ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether his Department has offered assistance to the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo on issues relating to (a) war crimes and (b) organ trafficking in the last five years.

The UK supports the investigations into war crimes and organ trafficking by the EU Rule of Law Mission as part of its wider mandate. Our active support includes a contribution to EU funding of the mission and the provision of a number of secondees, including the Deputy Head of Mission.
