To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what his most recent forecast is for gross domestic product growth in 2011.

The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) is responsible for producing independent economic and fiscal forecasts. The OBR published its latest economic forecast on 29 November 2010, which can be found online at:

http://budgetresponsibility.independent.gov.uk

This includes the OBR's forecast for Gross Domestic Product growth in 2011, of 2.1%.

The Chancellor has asked the OBR to publish a new economic forecast alongside the Budget on 23 March 2011.
