To ask the Secretary of State for Defence which Minister approved his Department's contract with O'Brien and Associates of Washington.

There was no requirement for Ministers to approve the Ministry of Defence's contract with O'Brien and Associates, which fell within the approval authority of the British Defence staff in Washington. The contract expired in December 2010.
