To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport whether his Department plans to monitor broadband projects which have been funded by regional development agencies (RDAs) after the abolition of RDAs.

Closure of RDA projects will be dealt with as part of the overall process of abolition.

Where any broadband networks supported by RDAs continue to be rolled out after abolition, Broadband Delivery UK will monitor developments as appropriate.
