To ask Her Majesty's Government whether any powers formerly exercised by the European Union have ceased to be so exercised.
This information is not held centrally and could only be provided at disproportionate cost. There have been no treaty changes which have resulted in a repatriation of competence to the member states. There is a distinction to be made between repatriation of competence and the situation where the EU repeals or terminates action taken under secondary legislation such as a directive or regulation.
