To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many diplomatic missions to the UK have asserted diplomatic immunity against investigations of the (a) employment status and (b) immigration status of domestic staff in each of the last three years.

We are not aware of any such case during the last three years.
