To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by the Minister of State for Pensions, Steve Webb, on 25 November 2010 (Official Report, Commons, col. 417W), whether they have reached a conclusion on the distribution of discretionary housing payments for 2011-12; and, if not, when they intend to reach a conclusion.

My officials have been discussing the allocation of discretionary housing payments for 2011-12 with the local authority associations. The department will reach a conclusion on the allocation as soon as possible.
