To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what progress she has made on arrangements for the referendum on further powers for the National Assembly for Wales; and if she will make a statement.
I can confirm that this Government have delivered on our commitment to hold a referendum on whether the National Assembly for Wales should have primary legislative powers over those areas that are already devolved, which will take place on

What on earth is the Conservative Party doing arranging further devolution for Wales? Only one person in four voted for devolution in 1997 and it has proved a waste of money.If there is any referendum at all it ought to be on the question : Do you want the Welsh Assembly abolished?
