To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills how many staff he expects to be employed by the Office of Fair Access in each of the next three years; and if he will make a statement.

We will be publishing a White Paper on higher education reforms during the early part of this year. As part of that we will consider if changes are needed in respect of the Office of Fair Access. We are working with its director to determine what level of resource will be required, including staffing, in future years.
