There is a lack of public accountability for Rail Services. The service between Lancaster and Manchester does not give the customer choice or value for Money. The Trains are offten overcrowded and there is a lack of comfortable seating.
Ther Train Service between Lancaster and Moreambe is very infrequent and lacking.
