To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what estimate of the level of future expenditure on work classified as redevelopment at each RAF base in the UK was made in his Department's annual planning round in 2010.

The outcome of the planning round in 2010 was re-costed as part of the strategic defence and security review and the comprehensive spending review. The outcome of both reviews will be enacted through planning round 2011, which will allocate future budgets. This is expected to conclude in the early part of 2011.
