To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent representations he has made to the Government of the Russian Federation on allegations of corruption in the construction of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline.
I have made no specific representations about this pipeline. However UK Ministers regularly discuss the business climate in Russia, including corruption, with our Russian counterparts.
