To ask the Prime Minister whether he raised the issue of the continuing imprisonment of Liu Xiaobo directly and in person with the Vice-Premier of the People's Republic of China on 10 January 2010.

In my meeting with Vice-Premier Li, I discussed the full range of UK interests, including human rights. No subjects were off limits.
