To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what discussions he has had with the Attorney-General on the resources available to the Director of Public Prosecutions for the implementation of the Secretary of State's proposals relating to arrest warrants for offences under universal jurisdiction.

No such discussions have taken place. Any credible allegations relating to universal jurisdiction offences would continue to be accorded the highest priority, and there is no reason to doubt the capacity of the Crown Prosecution Service to deal with them.
