The Access to Work programme provides funding for a wide range of practical support to help disabled people get and keep employment, including specialist or adapted equipment that is beyond what it is reasonable to expect an employer to provide. Access to Work continues to be an important part of the range of employment support that the Government have in place to assist disabled people.
