To ask the Secretary of State for Justice whether he has estimated the annual number of visible personal injury claims not pursued through the courts in Scotland as a result of rules on non-recovery of (a) success fees for conditional fee agreements and (b) after-the-event insurance premiums.

We have made no such estimate. Preliminary impact assessments were published alongside "Proposals for Reform of Civil Litigation Funding and Costs in England and Wales-Implementation of Lord Justice Jackson's Proposals", and can be found at:
