To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have reviewed the process of issuing visas for nationals of Libya.

The UK Border Agency provides a full in-country visa issuing service in Libya with prompt turnaround times delivered in respect of all visa applications received. While we continuously review performance of our visa services overseas, there are currently no plans by the UK Border Agency to conduct a separate review of the visa service in Libya.
