To ask Her Majesty's Government whether the exception of working tax credit from the benefits cap announced in the Spending Review 2010 will apply to all households that receive working tax credit, or just to families with children.

The exemption of working tax credit from the benefits cap announced in spending review 2010 will apply to all family units (couples with and without children, lone parents and singles without children) receiving working tax credit.
