To ask the Secretary of State for Justice whether the Commission on a British Bill of Rights will consider the extent to which children's rights under the Convention on the Rights of the Child are protected in UK law.
The Government will make a statement to Parliament on the scope of the Commission on a Bill of Rights in due course.
