To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he has made an estimate of the change in the level of carbon dioxide emissions from his Department since May 2010; and what steps he plans to take to meet his Department's target of reducing such emissions by 10 per cent. by May 2011.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office have made an estimate of the change in the level of carbon dioxide emissions since May 2010 compared to the same period last year. Energy consumption data for our main building is published online

We have a number of projects planned to deliver carbon reductions within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office by at least 10%. Details on these plans are also available online
