My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State discussed inward investment with the US Consul General in Belfast in July and at his meetings with Declan Kelly, the US economic envoy to Northern Ireland. He will discuss these matters again when he visits the United States later this month in advance of the US Investment Conference in October.
