To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how much (a) his Department and (b) its agencies and non-departmental public bodies spent on website design in each year since 1997.
We operate four principal websites, one for the corporate Ministry of Defence (MOD) and one for each of the armed forces. Design costs are available for these websites from 2005-06.

Other MOD websites are not managed centrally, and their cost could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
