To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what discussions his Department has had with the chief executive of Cairn Energy since July 2009 on its plans to drill for oil off the coast of Scotland; and if he will publish the minutes of those meetings.
None. Cairn Energy hold no UK petroleum licences.
