To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make an assessment of the effects on the health and safety of residents of St. Helena caused by oil leaks from RFA Darkdale after its sinking in James Bay; and if he will make a statement.

Responsibility for the health and safety of residents of St. Helena rests with the Government of St. Helena who hold the requested information.
