To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many cases were brought to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal by local authority leaseholders in each local authority area in each year since 2005-06; and how many of these were wholly or partially upheld.

The number of cases brought to the leasehold valuation tribunal by local authority leaseholders in each local authority area from 2005 to 2010 are shown in the following table. It is not possible to say how many of these were wholly or partially upheld without disproportionate cost.
