To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change with reference to paragraph 5.4, page 44 of his Department's report on Energy Market Assessment of 24 March 2010, what criteria will be used to identify interested parties with which to enter into a dialogue in the next stage of consultation.

The Department for Energy and Climate Change has ongoing dialogue with a wide range of groups ranging from energy investors, the regulatory community, economic and strategy consultancies, green NGOs, consumer groups, the Committee on Climate Change and others.

The Department will discuss the energy market assessment with organisations from across this spectrum.

So this is question 1328 to date and has cost taxpayers a total of £177,952 for the pleasure of reading what has been in the vast majority of cases irrelevant and totally pathetic question to the average constituent of Mr Davies. With the other ridiculous costs to taxpayers from Mr D like his 5 members of staff and doing what I say? Then his overclaims on his food expenses and other things we have a very very expensive member doing very little really for Blaenau Gwent.. Unless that is one of the anonymous lot from his party have the courage to let some of us know what Dai has been working on during his time in parliament??? He has really been like a very expensive local coucillor and worked at that level only for his £64K wage,
