To ask the Secretary of State for Justice whether his Department provides subsidised gym facilities for its staff.

The Ministry of Justice does not provide subsidised gym facilities for its staff. A small number of workplace gyms are available to departmental staff but their running costs are met entirely by unsubsidised membership fees. Gym contracts are run either by an external provider or by a committee of staff members.
