To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how much her Department spent on out-of-work benefits, including council tax benefit and housing benefit paid to households claiming out-of-work benefits, in each (a) constituency and (b) local authority area in (i) 1997, (ii) 2005 and (iii) the latest year for which figures are available.
