To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he made an assessment of the merits of bringing forward proposals to extend the provisions of the Furnished Holiday Lettings rules to all UK owners of furnished holiday accommodation in the UK and other EEA countries.

An assessment of extending the Furnished Holiday Lettings (FHL) rules to those with furnished holiday accommodation in other EEA countries was included in the impact assessment published alongside the 2009 pre-Budget report, available at:
