To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office if she will (a) make available to the Iraq Inquiry and (b) place in the Library a copy of all advice from the Attorney-General to the Ministry of Defence prior to the beginning of the Iraq war that defines the individual criminal liability of military personnel under UK law; and if she will make a statement.
