To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs when he plans to reply to correspondence from Richard D. Hall dated (a) 4 December 2009, (b) 6 December 2009, (c) 15 December 2009 and (d) 2 March 2010 on animal mutilation.
Neither DEFRA nor its agency, Animal Health, hold a record of having received correspondence of the dates referred to by Mr. Anderson.
