To ask the Secretary of State for Health what information the Care Quality Commission holds on the payment of compensation from public funds by health authorities and agencies to private companies and individuals; and if he will place a copy of that information in the Library.

The information has been provided by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC does not routinely seek, gather or hold information on payments of compensation.
