To ask Her Majesty's Government when the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) became aware of a car being on fire following the bombing at Newry Courthouse on 22 February; at what date and time the fire service extinguished the fire; at what date and time the PSNI visited the site at which the car was located; where the car is now; and whether the PSNI requested the support of the Army to investigate the car.
