To ask Her Majesty's Government how many adults in the United Kingdom they estimate have never used the internet.

10.2 million adults, representing 21 per cent of the UK adult population, are estimated never to have used the internet according to the Office for National Statistics report The National Statistics Omnibus Survey published in August 2009.
