To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people entering the UK on a false student visa have been identified and deported in (a) each of the last three years and (b) 2010 to date.

Information regarding the number of people attempting to enter the UK by presenting false student visas could be obtained by analysing each individual case record, only at disproportionate cost.
