To ask the Secretary of State for Health pursuant to the answer of 2 February 2010, Official Report, column 220W, on arthritis: drugs, what discussions on RoActemra his Department has had with the Prime Minister since the Prime Minister's press conference of 25 January 2010; and if he will make a statement.

The Prime Minister made publicly clear on the 2 February 2010 that he will take an interest in RoActemra and I will be writing to him shortly to update him on the situation.

The Department has not needed any discussions with the Prime Minister since that statement because we are aware of it.
