To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions pursuant to the answer of Lord Bates of 3 December 2009, Official Report, House of Lords, column WA68, on Government Departments: Annual Reports, and with reference to the Government Response to the House of Lords Communications Committee's report into Government Communications, whether her Department publishes an annual report on departmental communications.

The Department for Work and Pensions does not publish an annual report on departmental communications, but does include a section on communications in the departmental annual report. The last report was published in June 2009 and can be found on the Department's website at:
