To ask Her Majesty's Government why they have not proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan under the Terrorism Act 2000.

To ask Her Majesty's Government what is their assessment of the threat posed by Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan to the United Kingdom and its interests overseas.

Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan is not a proscribed organisation, and it is general Home Office policy not to comment on groups which are not on the proscribed list.
