To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many hereditaments there are on the England 2010 rating list (a) in London with a rateable value below (i) £21,500, (ii) £36,000 and (iii) £43,000 and (b) outside London with a rateable value below (A) £15,000, (B) £25,000 and (C) £30,000.
