HMCS systems are unable to provide collection rates of fines for individual magistrates courts. Fine collection rates are broken down by local criminal justice board (LCJB) areas.

The current payment rate of financial impositions, from both the magistrates and crown courts, for each LCJB for the period April 2009 to December 2009 is:

LCJB area Payment rate (percentage)
