To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many full time-equivalent staff work in his Department's local government review unit on unitary council restructuring.

There are some 10 full-time equivalent staff working on the structure of local government including work on unitary council restructuring, and on improving the operation of two-tier local government structures.
