To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what his most recent estimate is of the number and proportion of white males who have a criminal record.

The Police National Computer (PNC) is an operational tool and is not designed to produce the information requested. To do so would require software to be designed, produced and tested to interrogate the PNC. This would incur a disproportionate cost.

I am curious as to why Mr Loughton is asking for a break down specifically of white males.
