To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many non-fatal major injuries which were sustained in the workplace by (a) secondary, (b) primary and nursery and (c) special needs education teaching professionals resulted in legal proceedings in each of the last five years.
There are no prosecution cases recorded on the Health and safety Executive's database resulting from reported non-fatal major injuries to individuals in the teaching profession in the last five years.
