To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how much gross revenue council tax police precepts raised in each year, after capping, in each police authority in England and Wales in each year since 1997-98.

The figures for 2009-10 for Surrey Police Authority are before capping. Any capping action is subject to approval of a draft order currently before the House.
