To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government which councils are pathfinders for new two-tier models of joint working.
Four county areas—Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire—are currently enhanced two-tier working pathfinders. This includes the following councils:
