To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how much has been spent by his Department on carrying out inspections of air conditioning systems within departmental buildings in accordance with the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 since the Regulations came into force.
The costs to DWP are included in the overall facilities price of the Department's private finance initiative contract. The cost to the Department's supplier, Telereal Trillium, to date is £67,000.
