To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people have been removed from incapacity benefit because they do not have enough points to continue to qualify in the last 12 month period for which figures are available.

Notes:

1. Figures are subject to a high degree of sampling error and should only be used as a guide.

2. These figures have been updated to include late notified terminations.

3. Personal Capability Assessment was formerly the 'All Work Test'.

4. Due to operational procedures a small number of Personal Capability Assessment terminations appear in 'Other reasons'.

5. Figures are rounded to the nearest 100 and total may not sum due to rounding.
