To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government whether recyclable materials collected from street recycling bins are counted towards local authorities' national indicator set recycling figures and targets.

Yes. National Indicator 192—Percentage of household waste sent for reuse, recycling and composting—does include materials collected from street recycling bins.
