To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform how many and what proportion of members of each trade union with a political fund have exercised their right to opt out of the political levy, according to the records held by the Certification Officer.
The figures requested are in the following table.

What would be interesting is a comparison done if and when the unions actually informed the members of the right to opt out of the political fund and what is done with the money.
