hi i would like to know how many phone lines for crisis loans are avalible for rochdale after closing newgate house the (office to apply for crisis loans in rochdale) do you think it is wrong to have these phone lines that people spend somtimes hours to get threw when in a real crisis and somties having the phone put down on them after wating maybe a hour or so and having to ring back i think these phone lines are not a real way to help people in a real crisis and a different system should be created maybe a human to human one .
